How to Participate:

Form a team of 2-4 students from the same school. Submit your innovative ideas or solutions on the Solve for Tomorrow 2024 website by 14 July 2024.

Full-time students aged 12 to 18 years old, enrolled in any secondary school in Singapore.

9. GLISTEN by Lisa Reihana Bedazzles with Nature-Activated Art at National Gallery Singapore

Be dazzled by National Gallery Singapore’s large-scale kinetic mural, GLISTEN, presented by leading New Zealand Māori contemporary artist Lisa Reihana.

Opened last 14 June at the Ng Teng Fong Roof Garden, visitors were captivated by shimmering discs playfully dancing in the sunlight and softly rattling in the breeze.

The mural featuring Southeast Asian Songket and Māori Tāniko weaving patterns inspires deeper appreciation of both cultures and prompts visitors to explore the lesser-known connections between the two regions dating back to pre-colonial times.
